401(k) Retirement Plans
Traditional 401(k) or Roth 401(k)? You can have both!
Having a traditional 401(K) and/or ROTH 401(K) retirement account can help you diversify your tax exposure.
DCA Outdoor offers both options for employees with eligibility on the first day of the month after your
date of hire.
Even if you do not wish to contribute immediately, we encourage you to enroll in one or both plans now. Once you have completed your enrollment, you can increase or decrease your contributions from/to $0.00 up to the maximum amounts detailed below.
Employee Regular 401(K) – a tax-deferred salary savings plan

In 2025, you can contribute up to $23,500 to these retirement accounts. Those 50 and older can contribute an additional $7,500, up to $31,000. Those 60 to 63 can contribute an additional $11,250, up to $34,750. This means that you can enroll in both plans and spread your contributions, however you choose, as long as the total of your contributions does not exceed these amounts. If you enroll in both a traditional 401(K) and a ROTH 401(K), you will receive an employer match on both accounts not to exceed 4% of annual wages for both accounts combined.
